As most of the uncomfortable ailments like nausea, vomiting etc disappear during second trimester pregnancy, hence woman feels herself to be very active and healthy during this time.  Occasionally few of women experience morning sickness and constipation and other upsets during this phase of pregnancy also.

Now the signs or your pregnancy starts becoming visible to the world and you get more care and attention from the people around you, which eventually make you feel blissful and joyous.

Getting pregnant sometimes seems easy for women and hence it is not a big deal, but taking proper precautions during 9 crucial months of pregnancy to deliver a healthy baby is definitely no less than a big deal.

In 3rd trimester the requirements of body increases as compared with 1st trimester. Iron, Calcium and B6 uptakes should be increased at this trimester as the growing child requires all this, if the supplements are not provided than the fetus absorbs the calcium and iron from the host i.e. mother’s body which eventually can make the lady to go in post partum depression.
